Do I pay merchants directly in USDT?+
No. USDT is converted into Thai baht first, and merchants receive Thai baht.
Which digital asset can I use?+
1109x currently supports USDT on the networks specified for TouristDigiPay.
Why do I need identity verification?+
Customers must complete KYC/CDD and checks required by applicable laws and rules before using the service.
Can I withdraw Thai baht as cash?+
No. If you have a remaining balance, you may request conversion back to USDT under the service terms.
Can I change the wallet that receives returned USDT?+
It depends on the wallet type and reason for the change. 1109x may request more information and perform checks before approval.
