  • Keep the transaction reference

Important: Using the wrong asset, network or wallet address may prevent processing or result in the loss of digital assets.

Wallet AddressA blockchain address used to receive or send digital assets. Use the address generated for that transaction.

1109x screens digital asset wallets and transactions for AML/CFT and KYT risk. Checks may occur when USDT arrives, during review and before USDT is returned.

If additional review is required, 1109x may request information, delay, suspend or reject a transaction under the applicable rules.

Self-custody wallet

If USDT comes from a wallet whose private keys you control, returned USDT will normally be sent to the same wallet.

Exchange or platform wallet

If the return address differs from the sending address, 1109x must verify the original platform, the same customer account and the relationship of the return wallet to that account.

1109x may request further evidence and screen the wallet before proceeding.

Redemption: convert remaining Thai baht to USDT

If you no longer need the Thai baht balance, you may request conversion back to USDT under the service terms.
